2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old to join nightlife tours involving alcohol or nightclub entry.

Valid government-issued identification may be required for entry into venues.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who:

Is excessively intoxicated

Behaves aggressively or inappropriately

Violates local laws or venue rules

Poses a safety risk to themselves or others

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, social media, approved partners, or direct communication.

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation.

Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.

By completing payment, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refunds for cancellations made 15+ days before the scheduled tour

Partial refunds for qualifying cancellations

No refunds for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows

Approved refunds will be returned within 15 business days using the original payment method.

5. Booking Changes & Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Changes requested 15+ days before the tour may be accommodated free of charge.

Changes made closer to the tour date may incur administrative fees or require a new booking.

6. Assumption of Risk

By participating in our tours, customers acknowledge that nightlife activities may involve:

Loud music

Late-night transportation

Interaction with the public

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

Personal injury

Loss or theft of belongings

Actions of third-party venues or guests

7. Venue Entry & Third-Party Businesses

Venue admission is subject to each club, bar, or venue’s independent policies and capacity limits.

Belgrade Nightlife Tours cannot guarantee entry if a venue:

Reaches capacity

Enforces dress code restrictions

Refuses entry based on intoxication or conduct

Changes operations unexpectedly

8. Conduct Policy

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, venues, and other guests.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund for:

Harassment

Violence

Illegal activity

Excessive intoxication

Dangerous or disruptive behavior

9. Photography & Media

During tours, photos and videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.

Promotional materials

Advertising content

If you prefer not to appear in media content, please inform your guide before the tour begins.
