Refund Policy – Belgrade Nightlife Tours

At Belgrade Nightlife Tours, we strive to provide unforgettable nightlife and travel experiences. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted and the conditions that apply to bookings, cancellations, and tour services.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Standard Cancellations

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 13–14 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 7–12 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 25% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable.

2. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Same-day cancellations
• Failure to appear for the tour (“no-show”)
• Leaving the tour voluntarily after it has started
• Missed tours due to late arrival

3. Booking Changes & Rescheduling

• Changes or rescheduling requests made 15+ days before the tour date: Free of charge (subject to availability)
• Changes made 7–14 days before the tour date: May incur a 10–20% administrative fee
• Changes made less than 7 days before the tour date: Non-refundable and may require a new booking
• All rescheduling requests are subject to tour availability.

4. Tour Modifications or Cancellations by Us

In rare situations, Belgrade Nightlife Tours may cancel or modify a tour due to:

• Safety concerns
• Severe weather
• Venue closures
• Government restrictions
• Unforeseen operational issues

If we cancel a tour, customers will receive either:

• A full refund, or the option to reschedule for another available date

5. Non-Refundable Situations 

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after booking
• Personal schedule conflicts
• Intoxication or removal from the tour due to inappropriate behavior
• Failure to comply with local laws or venue rules
• Dissatisfaction related to factors outside our control (crowds, weather, traffic, venue capacity, music preferences, etc.)

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method within 15 business days.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• By completing a booking, the customer agrees to our cancellation and refund policy.

• If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor, bank, or card issuer with booking records, communications, attendance records, signed waivers (if applicable), and any other relevant evidence supporting the transaction.

• Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our stated cancellation policy. Participation in the tour or failure to attend at the scheduled meeting point will generally make the booking non-refundable.

• We encourage customers to contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback so we can work toward a fair and timely resolution.

• Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in the customer being restricted from future bookings with our services.

By booking a tour with Belgrade Nightlife Tours, customers agree to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in this policy and acknowledge that payment disputes or chargebacks filed contrary to these terms may be formally disputed using booking confirmations, communication records, and proof of services provided.
